Red Kap had a problem. After 100 years of making workwear and outfitting over 6 million workers, Red Kap was buried in a sea of sameness. They were the worker’s workwear. Hardworking, team-focused, and somehow indistinguishable from the other "tough guy" workwear brands.
Our job was simple. Go back to the shop and swap the engine. Red Kap wasn't about hard work. It was about hard workers—the silly, earnest, fun-loving folks who keep America rollin'.
EVERYONE HAS A JOB. THIS WAS MINE.
