Suffolk Construction had a problem. After 40 years of meteoric growth, the only thing keeping it united was its owner and leader. It had become an "innovative enterprise" without a North Star. A legacy dependent on its legacy leadership. 

Our solution was simple. Give it a mission. Find the fire that its leader, people, and organization had in common. They weren't there to build skyscrapers. In the built world, they were there to prove impossible wrong.
